North Korea, facing international censure for this week's nuclear test, threatened Wednesday to attack South Korea after it joined a U.S.-led plan to check vessles suspected of carrying equipment for weapons of mass destruction.
That litoff, widely believed to be a cover for a test of its long-range missile technology, drew censure from the U.N. Security Council.
